The Cornerstone-Laying Ceremony for ZIB Business and Financial Headquarters was held in the morning of August 30th, 2013. The construction project is worthy of 1.84 billion RMB.

The construction of ZIB Business and Financial Headquarters is jointly financed by Zhejiang International Business Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Orient Holdings Co., Ltd., Zheshang Jinhui Trust Co., Ltd., Sino-Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Dadi Futures Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Orient Engineering Co., Ltd.

 
The building is planned to come into service in 2018.
