ZOEC signed a project cooperation framework agreement with KylinInternational Group Ltd. ,Bahamas

In the afternoon of April 19th, 2013, a signing ceremony of the project cooperation framework agreement between ZOEC and Kylin International Group Ltd. of thecomprehensive project development on Grand Bahama Island was held in Jinxi Hotel.On behalf of respective side, ZOEC’s Chairman Hua Aiguo and Kylin’s President Lawrence J.McDonough signed the project cooperation framework agreement.Zhejiang International Business Group’s President Chen Min attended the signing ceremony and made an important address.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Director General Zhou Rixin, Division Chief Zhang Shuming of Zhejiang Department of Commerce, Vice President Lou Guoqing of Zheiang International Business Group Co. Ltd., Deputy General Manager LinZhongqing of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation Zhejiang Branch, Vice Governor Ni Xianmeng of China Development Bank Zhejiang Branch, President Chen Weibao of ZOEC, President Chen Sheng of Zhejiang Electric Power Design Institute andPresident Yu Chengli of Zhejiang Thermal Power Construction Company ,etc.

The Project is a comprehensive development project on Grand Bahama Island which received energetic support from the government of Bahamas. It will bring significant economic, environmental and social benefits to Grand Bahama Island after completion and will be of great significance for propelling Zhejiang’s enterprises “Going Abroad”
